Located in the breathtaking Vitosha mountain, this clean hotel offers friendly staff and exceeded my expectations for the price. The spacious room with a lovely balcony provided a stunning city view. The tranquil atmosphere, secure parking, and beautiful surrounding greenery made for a serene stay. The hotel's unique football pitch, endorsed by the Bulgarian Union Federation, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. it was a convenient choice for my business needs.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was quite slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for me to stay connected and get my work done efficiently.

This hotel is mind-blowing! It's super new and the rooms are jaw-droppingly spacious with modern bathrooms. The beds are incredibly comfortable with clean linens. The location near the Vitosha Mountain offers stunning Sofia views. The quiet surroundings ensure a peaceful stay. The staff are seriously helpful and even kept the spa open for us! The secure 24/7 guarded barriers made us feel safe. Plus, they set up the spa center for us - so convenient! The only downsides were no breakfast and some painting and carpet replacing. But overall, I was amazed throughout my stay!

There was also a nice swimming pool with a sauna, which was free to use. the staff were polite and always willing to provide any information we needed.

With stunning views of the nearby mountains, this peaceful hotel, located in a tranquil park, is conveniently near the airport and shopping mall. the staff is highly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with fantastic services and amenities, including a gym, spa facilities. Finally, the breakfast was delicious, with an extensive selection of nourishing foods.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as some windows were seen as untidy by a couple of guests.

The spacious rooms were clean and well equipped with the amenities we needed for our city break. We particularly enjoyed the fitness center which was open all day and had state, of, the, art equipment. the staff were always friendly and accommodating when we needed help with anything.

The breakfast was very limited in options, and they finished serving at an early hour. We also had trouble finding the location as there were no clear signs.
